Hey, really looking forward to doing this study on the app and really appreciate the perspective on fasting. Really well put!
The book I'm working through right now is Mission Possible by Tim Tebow.
Thanks Jon, love the video. We all need to start our New Year out at putting Jesus above all things.
Excited to Fast! Nothing better than having an empty stomach to bring you closer to the Lord!
There are several books and resources out there, if if anyone needs help or wants more information on Fasting. The Lord MOVES when we fast and pray together and the Holy Spirit speaks to you so clear during this time.
As we work on putting Jesus first, studying the Bible instead of just reading it, will help us retain it so much more. Read a few verses and then study them, instead of trying to read a whole chapter and moving to the take one. This has helped me!
Praying we all grow closer these next 50 days as Jon takes us through the life of Jesus.
So glad you are doing this study! We all tend to focus on ourselves in the New Year, this will be a great way to take the focus off of ourselves and back on Jesus!
Fasting is a great way to prepare yourself for what God has in store for you during a study.
Looking forward to it!!! 😊
